WALNUT MEATBALLS

1 ½  cup cracker crumbs

1 cup quick oats

1 ½ cup ground walnuts

1 teaspoon salt

¼ cup minced onion (dry minced, saturate in ¼ c water)

½ Tablespoon sage

1 ½ grated cheddar cheese

3 pressed garlic cloves

1/3 c dry minced parsley

8 eggs

Mix all ingredients.  Form into walnut size balls.  Pour Apricot BBQ sauce over meat balls in casserole dish (9x13).  Bake covered 350 degrees for 30-45 min

Apricot BBQ Sauce

½ c vegetable oil

½ cup apple cider vinegar

1 ½ cup apricot jam

1 c. catsup

4 T brown sugar

4 T grated onion

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. oregano

3-4 drops hot pepper sauce.
