Ingredients:

3 cups unbleached flour

1 3/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp Yeast

1 1/2cups water

Directions

Step 1:

Mix together flour, salt and yeast in a large mixing bowl.

Add water and mix until a sticky mixture forms.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and set aside for 12-18 hours.

Step 2:

Preheat oven with Dutch Oven inside to 450.

Once the oven reached preheat temperature, heat the pot for an additional 20 minutes

Meanwhile, pour dough onto a heavily floured surface and shape into a ball

Cover and let set while the pot is heating.

Remove preheated Dutch Oven from the oven and drop in the dough.

Cover and retrun to oven for 30-35 minutes

Remove lid and bake for 10 min longer until bread is beautifully browned.

Take Dutch Oven out of the oven and remove bread and place on cooling rack.
